John-Kenyon American Eye Institute’s New Albany Office is hiring our next Superstar employee. We’re hiring a Check-In Receptionist who will also work closely with Dr. Britt Brockman’s team. We’re looking for an outgoing, friendly, warm and welcoming person who is excited about helping our patients. Applicant should have a minimum of 5 years of medical office experience, strong computer skills, the ability to collect payments and be understanding of the special needs of our patients. This person will be a great multi-tasker and someone who is willing to help in a variety of tasks.
Some travel may be required and the applicant must be flexible with working at any of John-Kenyon’s three locations (New Albany, Jeffersonville & St. Matthews/Louisville). Applicant must be available to work from 7 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday through Friday as well as one Saturday a month, as needed, for post-op appointments.
