Take I-64 West. Take left exit 5A/Nashville/Indianapolis onto I-71 South. Take the Indianapolis left exit onto I-65 North. Take exit 1/Jeffersonville/Clarksville/New Albany onto US-31. Turn right on W 14th Street. Bear Right on Wall Street.
North:
Exit right off I-65 toward Route 62 (New Albany, Jeffersonville, Charlestown Exit). Take Stansifer Avenue exit, turn left, to the first stop light. The John-Kenyon American Eye Institute is on the right corner at the intersection.
